How CBD helped with my Anxiety

Hello Beautiful Souls! I am so happy to share my experience with CBD. For the past couple of weeks, I was secretly trying CBD. I wanted to see the full effects before I shared my results.

Now I know when we say marijuana you are probably assuming I am getting high as a kite, but CBD is not that!

Early this year my anxiety was getting worse. I wasn’t sure what was going on but I was overwhelmed. I felt random panic anxiety happening right before I slept. I knew I needed to change something so I started researching CBD.

WHAT IS CBD?

I tried both ways of taking CBD. I smoked it and used the oil. I must admit I did feel like a bad a** smoking CBD. haha. However in my opinion, because I am a runner I didn’t like the taste of the smoke. The oil on the other hand was light and almost tasteless. Both have the same effect.

HOW DID I FEEL?

I tried Lily Hills CBD Flower - Special Sauce and Lily Hills Full Spectrum CBD Oil- 1000MG (Mint). I would use either one before I go to sleep to help unwind. The effects are almost instantly. It felt as though the tension was being released from my body. I really enjoyed the CBD oil the most because the mint flavor tastes great. I would only use CBD when I felt overwhelmed and not every day.

Anxiety is a tough problem to overcome and sometimes figuring out the cause root will take some time. However, finding a routine that helps release as much tension as you can definitely help you find calm. I am glad I gave CBD a try.
