Small Town Feels in The Upstate Bluehouse Getaway
A beautiful scenic drive to Pine Plains, New York was worth the drive once we stepped into the Bluehouse. I instantly felt like I was home. If you are looking for a quick family getaway this Airbnb is for you. With three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, two fireplaces, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious backyard this house has plenty of space to kick back and relax.
The town itself gives an American classic feel. There are some mom-and-pop shops, a few restaurants, and plenty of nature scenes giving you a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Family trips are essential to have once in a while, I truly prefer to have them in a new place you can visit. This gives a unique experience for everyone to enjoy. Spaces can have a great impact on your well-being especially ones that are beautifully designed like the Bluehouse.
A mix of modern and vintage feels, the decor at the Bluehouse gives the space a welcoming and calming feel.
My favorite part of the whole stay was picking up the firewood and spending all night by the fireplace. Listening to the wood crackling and watching the flames dance was very therapeutic.
